Join the fun and drive a new model PORSCHE for ten days across the Alps to Tuscany. We will begin our tour in Stuttgart, visiting the PORSCHE Factory and Museum, before departing in the PORSCHE you selected for Tuscany. After spending a night in a gorgeous hotel with a stellar location in Austria, we will arrive at our destination in Tuscany. We rent a private estate in Tuscany close to Siena and Montepulciano. You will enjoy a cooking class and wine tasting, and planned excursion to Siena. We will also drive part of the legendary Mille Miglio road on our legendary fun Photo Rally. You’ll also enjoy some unique experiences that you could never do on your own, like parking with a police escort in some Tuscan towns’ Pedestrian ONLY Zones! Itinerary
DAY 1 - Depart from Home
Sunday, October 12 – Depart from your home for your overnight flight to Europe. If possible, we recommend that you arrive at least a day early (i.e., leave home on Saturday, October 11th) to have more time to relax, adjust to the time change and enjoy the area. Call about our Early Arrival Program (hotel and dinner).
DAY 2 - Arrival in Stuttgart, Drivers’ Briefing, Ludwigsburg Palace
Monday, October 13th
- Arrive in Stuttgart; check in at Steigenberger Hotel Graf Zeppelin
- Mandatory Drivers’ Briefing and Lunch
- Ludwigsburg Palace tour
- Early dinner and drinks at Restaurant Plenum am Schlossgarten
Welcome to Stuttgart! After you check in to the Steigenberger Hotel Graf Zeppelin and freshen up, we will meet for our mandatory drivers’ briefing, which includes important information such as the rules of the road, road signs you will encounter, and more. You will also complete paperwork including the Waivers of Liability. Following our briefing, we will enjoy a fabulous lunch in the hotel’s casual restaurant, the Stüble.
After lunch, we will visit the immense, 452-room Ludwigsburg Palace, one of the largest Baroque palaces in Europe. Nicknamed the “Versailles of Swabia”, the 300+ year-old palace also features expansive gardens to explore.
This evening, we’ll take a short walk from the hotel for a fabulous dinner at Restaurant Plenum am Schlossgarten. Not only is the food delicious but the views of the castle gardens are also delightful. (L, D)
DAY 3 - PORSCHE Factory and Museum Tours
Tuesday, October 14th

Enjoy breakfast in the Steigenberger Hotel Graf Zeppelin. After breakfast, we will board our luxury motor coach to Porsche Platz 1 in Stuttgart. You’ll be thrilled by our privately guided tour through the PORSCHE Factory and PORSCHE Museum, and we’ll also visit some closed-to-the-public areas like the New Car Delivery, Goodie Store and Special Selection. Lunch will be in the PORSCHE Museum at the renowned Christophorus Restaurant.
After our delightful lunch, you will find the PORSCHE you selected waiting for you. The Team at PORSCHE Drive will introduce you to your PORSCHE, including familiarization with the PDK Transmission, the Navigation Systems, and the various routes to be driven. You will drive your PORSCHE back to the Hotel Graf Zeppelin where it will be securely parked for the night.
After we relax a bit and freshen up, we’ll meet again for dinner and take a short walk to the fabulous Restaurant CUBE, with its floor-to-ceiling windows providing breathtaking views of Stuttgart! (B,L,D)
DAY 4 - Stuttgart to Seefeld, Austria (~330 kms / 205 miles)
Wednesday, October 15th
- Autobahn and backroads driving to Bavaria

- Over Hahntennjoch Pass
- Drive to Austria
- Dinner Alpin Sacher Astoria Resort
Enjoy the fabulous breakfast buffet at the Graf Zeppelin Hotel. Please check out of the hotel and have your large luggage in the lobby to load into our luggage van. We will depart Stuttgart heading south on the Autobahn toward Bavaria, stopping for lunch in the Bavarian mountains at the rustic and lovely Schlossanger Alp Restaurant and Hotel.
After lunch, we will cross into Austria and over an incredible Alpine pass – the fun Hahntennjoch – on our way to one of the most charming hotels, the Alpin Sacher Astoria Resort.
Dinner and drinks tonight will be in Alpine splendor at the Alpin Sacher Astoria Resort. (B,L,D)
DAY 5 - to Ombroneta Estate & Winery, Tuscany (~595 kms / 370 miles)
Thursday, October 15th

Enjoy a hearty breakfast this morning; we will not be stopping for lunch but driving straight through to our Tuscany estate. Remember to check out before we head south crossing over the famous Brenner Pass into Italy. When we arrive at our Tuscan estate in the early afternoon (Ombroneta Estate & Winery formerly known as Casali di Bibbiano), we will be greeted by canapés and welcome drinks by the pool. The only things planned for the rest of the day are to settle in, tour the estate and be briefed on the amenities and entertainment options. The staff will cook fabulous welcome dinner for us tonight. (B, C, D)
DAY 6 - Montalcino and Pienza (~160 kms / 99 miles )
Friday, October 17th
- Day trip to explore Tuscan countryside
- Visit Abbey Beneditta Olivetana, Montalcino and Pienza

- Dinner at Ombroneta Estate & Winery
Enjoy a delicious breakfast at Ombroneta Estate & Winery before our day of exploring the area. First, we will make the short drive to the Franciscan Abbey Beneditta Olivetana for a brief guided tour and then we’ll drive to charming Montalcino with its Rocca of Montalcino, a walled castle with a pentagonal layout.
We then continue to Pienza for lunch on the terrace at La Piazzetta, a delightful local restaurant. In the late afternoon, we will return to Ombroneta Estate & Winery for a relaxing evening. Tonight, we will have dinner on the terrace overlooking the valley. (B, L, D)
DAY 7 - Day Trip to Siena, Italy

Enjoy a lovely breakfast at Ombroneta Estate & Winery overlooking the Tuscan countryside. Today we will take a private motor coach to Siena and enjoy a guided tour of this scenic city.
A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the city is known for its beautiful ancient brick structures. You’ll visit the Piazza del Campo, Duomo di Siena, Torre del Mangia and more. After our guided tour, you’ll have time to enjoy lunch on your own and do some shopping.
Our motor coach will return us to our Tuscan estate in time for another delightful dinner at Ombroneta Estate & Winery prepared by the very talented chef! (B, D)
DAY 8 - FREE Day and Cooking Class

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast this morning at Ombroneta Estate & Winery. Today is free for you to choose what to do, perhaps you might just relax and enjoy the amenities of the Estate.
Following lunch, the Ombroneta Estate & Winery’s chef will be the instructor for our special cooking class. This evening, we get to enjoy the fruits of our labor with dinner and wine from Ombroneta Estate & Winery. (B, L, D)
DAY 9 - Our Legendary Photo Rally (~160 kms / 99 miles)
Monday, October 20th
- Photo Rally through Tuscany

- FREE time in afternoon
- Rally Dinner at Ombroneta Estate & Winery
After a lovely breakfast on the terrace of Ombroneta Estate & Winery, drivers and navigators will get a detailed rally briefing. We will drive through gorgeous landscapes and quaint villages, ending in Montepulciano, famous world-wide for its fabulous Vino Nobile wine. The rally will be completed before lunch – which will be served on the terrace of a lovely restaurant – Caffé Poliziano.
After lunch, you will have free time to explore Montepulciano and the surrounding area before driving back to Ombroneta Estate & Winery on your own. Tonight will be our famous Rally Dinner where “valuable” prizes will be awarded. (B, L, D)
DAY 10 - Drive to Telfs, Austria (~600 kms / 373 miles)
Tuesday, October 21st
- Depart Tuscany
- Drive through Alps to Telfs, Austria
- Dinner at Hotel Interalpen Tyrol
Today, we will have an early breakfast at Ombroneta Estate & Winery and then say farewell to the wonderful staff. On today’s drive, there will be some country road driving as we head towards Florence and from there, we will drive on the toll road (or Autostrada in Italian) into Austria. The staff at Ombroneta Estate & Winery will pack us a box lunch to eat along our drive to Austria.
We’ll arrive in Telfs and check in at the scenic Hotel Interalpen Tyrol in the afternoon. We will be met upon arrival with canapés and welcome drinks. We will meet up again later for drinks and dinner in one of the restaurants at the hotel. (B, L, D)
DAY 11 - Interalpen Hotel Tyrol Relaxation Day
Wednesday, October 22nd
- FREE day to relax and enjoy hotel amenities

- Dinner at Hotel Interalpen Tyrol
You’ll start your day at the Hotel Interalpen with a hearty breakfast. Whatever you cannot find on the huge breakfast buffet, the chefs in the restaurant’s kitchen will prepare fresh for you, the way you would like to have it.
Today you have a FREE DAY at the Hotel Interalpen. You may want to experience the spacious Spa, book a horse-drawn carriage tour, rent a bicycle, or if you want an outing, take your PORSCHE and do your own excursion in the Alps or to the nearby Swarovski Crystal World.
Lunch will be on your own, either at the Hotel Interalpen or wherever you wandered.
In the evening we’ll meet for our pre-dinner drinks, followed by another spectacular dinner. (B, D)
DAY 12 - Drive back to Stuttgart (~430 kms / 267 miles)
Thursday, October 23rd
- Drive to Stuttgart
- Drive on “no-speed-limit” section of Autobahn
Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the Hotel Interalpen Tyrol. After checking out of the hotel, we will drive over some of the most scenic Alpine roads into Germany.
We will stop for lunch at one of the fabulous rest stops on the Autobahn including the section between Kempten and Ulm with no speed limits. You should have plenty of opportunity to join or renew your membership in the 150 mph Club, if you like.
Unfortunately, you must return the PORSCHE you fell in love with when we arrive in Stuttgart! Our motorcoach will transport us back to the Steigenberger Hotel Graf Zeppelin after we return our PORSCHES at the PORSCHE Museum. Tonight, we will celebrate with our Farewell to Germany Dinner and drinks at the elegant Restaurant Zeppelinos in the hotel. (B, L, D)
DAY 13 - Depart for Home
Saturday, October 24th
- Check out, transfer to airport
After another opulent breakfast at the Graf Zeppelin, you will be transferred to the Stuttgart Airport or to the train to the FRA Airport terminal for your homeward flight or continued travels. (B)
