This tour will take you over the most spectacular passes in the Alps in a new model PORSCHE. Along the way, you will stay in luxurious hotels nestled in some amazing and scenic areas with views of mountains and Alpine lakes. This tour begins and ends in Stuttgart and will take you to the most gorgeous Alpine areas of Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein and Switzerland, plus the lovely Black Forest area of southwest Germany. Of course, you will enjoy delightful meals, and in the evenings, the beer and wine will flow. Itinerary

DAY 1 - Depart from Home

Monday, June 16, 2025

Depart from your home for your overnight flight to Europe. To enhance your experience, we suggest arriving in Stuttgart a day ahead to allow time for relaxation, adjusting to the time change, and exploring the area. We’re delighted to assist with your flights, pre- and post-trip arrangements, travel insurance, and any other travel needs for our Porsche tour guests. DAY 2 - Arrive in Stuttgart

Tuesday, June 17th

  • Arrive in Stuttgart, check in to Graf Zeppelin Hotel
  • Mandatory Driver’s Briefing
  • Welcome Dinner

Upon arrival in Stuttgart, you will be met at the airport and transferred to our hotel, the Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin Hotel. After you check in and freshen up, we will meet for lunch in one of the hotel’s restaurants, the Stüble, followed by the important Driver’s Briefing and completion of the Waivers of Liability paperwork.

The rest of the afternoon is free for you to explore Stuttgart on your own. We recommend that you take a walk along the pedestrian-only Königstrasse, an area full of shops, museums, cafes and more. Getting some fresh air will help get rid of any lingering jet lag you may be experiencing.

This evening you are invited to a special Welcome to Germany dinner and drinks at Carls Brauhaus. A short walk will take us to the popular Swabian restaurant with an amazing selection of beer and wine.

DAY 3 - PORSCHE Factory and Museum

Wednesday, June 18th

  • Dinner at Restaurant Plenum

You’ll start your day with a hearty breakfast in the Steigenberger Hotel Graf Zeppelin. After breakfast, we board our luxury motor coach to the Porsche Museum at Porscheplatz 1 in Stuttgart.

We’ll have a private guided tour through the PORSCHE Factory and the PORSCHE Museum. You will also visit some closed-to-the-public, behind the scenes areas like the New Car Delivery, Goodie Store and Special Selection areas. In between the Factory tour and the guided tour of the Museum, we will enjoy lunch in the elegant Restaurant Christophorus, hosted by PORSCHE A.G. in the PORSCHE Museum.

This evening, we’ll take a short walk from the hotel for a fabulous dinner at Restaurant Plenum am Schlossgarten. Not only is the food delicious but the views of the castle gardens are also delightful. (B,L,D)

DAY 4 - Drive the Autobahn to the Austrian Tyrol (~330 kms/205 miles)

Thursday, June 19th

  • PORSCHE familiarization and Stuttgart departure
  • Drive into the Bavarian Alps
  • Experience first Alpine pass – the Hahntennjoch

Enjoy a fabulous breakfast buffet at the Graf Zeppelin Hotel. Please have your large luggage in the lobby to load into our luggage van. We will return by motor coach to the PORSCHE Museum, where the PORSCHE you selected will be waiting for you. We will introduce you to your PORSCHE, including familiarization with the PDK Transmission and the Navigation Systems before departing Stuttgart. We will head south on the Autobahn toward Bavaria, stopping for lunch high up in the Bavarian mountains at the rustic and lovely Schlossanger Alp Restaurant and Hotel.

After lunch, we will cross into Austria and over our first Alpine pass – the fun Hahntennjoch – on our way to one of the most beautifully situated hotels, the Interalpen Hotel Tyrol.

Dinner and drinks tonight will be in Alpine splendor at the Interalpen Hotel. (B, L, D)

DAY 5 - Drive Spectacular Alpine Passes to Italy (~152 kms/94 miles)

Friday, June 20th

  • Drive Alpine roads in Austria
  • Drive into northern Italy
  • Drive the Jaufenpass and Timmelsjoch pass

Enjoy a delightful breakfast at the Interalpen Hotel before departing in our PORSCHES for Meran, Italy. We’ll drive on beautiful Alpine roads winding through and over the mountains, crossing two spectacular Alpine passes, the Timmelsjoch and the Jaufenpass.

We’ll arrive at our hotel for the night, the lovely Hotel Chalet Mirabell, in time for a late lunch. The hotel is nestled in the mountains of northern Italy near the city of Meran. The rest of the afternoon is free to enjoy the amenities of this luxurious hotel.

Dinner and drinks tonight will be at this fabulous hotel in the mountains of northern Italy. (B, L, D)

DAY 6 - Drive to St. Moritz, Switzerland (~180 kms/112 miles)

Saturday, June 21st

  • Drive in Italian Alps
  • Drive into Switzerland
  • Drive the Stelvio, Foscano, Livigno and Bernina passes

Enjoy breakfast this morning at the Hotel Chalet Mirabell in Meran before we embark on an exciting day of Alpine driving. We’ll drive over the first of four Alpine passes this morning – the Passo di Stelvio.

After our fun morning drive, we will stop for lunch at Franzenshöhe Restaurant located in the middle of the Passo di Stelvio.

After lunch, we cross over three more Alpine passes: Passo di Foscagno, Passo di Livigno and Passo Bernina before arriving in St. Moritz and the Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski. We will enjoy an exquisite dinner and drinks tonight at the hotel. (B,L,D)

DAY 7 - Swiss Alps Drive (~285kms/177 miles)

Sunday, June 22nd

  • Drive across Alpine Switzerland
  • Drive Julier and Oberalp Passes

After a lovely breakfast at the Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski, we depart in our PORSCHES on scenic Swiss Alpine roads. The two passes we cross today are the Julier Pass and the Oberalp Pass.

We stop for lunch at a charming little restaurant, Piz Calmot, on top of the Oberalp Pass, before continuing our drive to the middle of the Swiss Alps to Engleberg and our hotel, Kempinski Palace Engelberg.

Weather permitting, you can relax on the Hotel’s terrace, have a drink and enjoy the wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. We’ll enjoy dinner and drinks at this lovely hotel tonight. (B,L,D)

DAY 8 - Fun driving in the Alps! (~260 kms/162 miles)
Furka Pass

Monday, June 23rd

  • Drive Alpine roads and passes
  • Drive Furka, Grimsel, and Susten passes

Enjoy a delicious breakfast with mountain views at the Kempinski Palace Engelberg. We’ll depart in our PORSCHES for a fun day of driving in the Alps across the famous Furkapass and stop for lunch at Hotel Handeck located just before the Grimsel pass.

After lunch, we will drive over the Grimsel Pass and the Susten Pass before returning to our hotel, the Kempinski Palace Engelberg. We will enjoy another delightful dinner and drinks at the hotel tonight. (B,L,D)

DAY 9 - Drive Back to Stuttgart - Return PORSCHES (~415 kms/258 miles)

Tuesday, June 24th

  • Drive to the Black Forest in Germany
  • Return to Stuttgart

Enjoy a delightful breakfast at the Kempinski Palace Engelberg before checking out. We’ll depart for Stuttgart, stopping in the southern Black Forest for lunch at the lovely Romantik Hotel Spielweg in Münstertal.

After lunch, we will enjoy another wonderful run on the no speed-limit German Autobahn north towards Stuttgart. Unfortunately, you must return the PORSCHE you fell in love with when we arrive in Stuttgart! Our motorcoach will transport us back to the Steigenberger Hotel Graf Zeppelin after we return our PORSCHES at the PORSCHE Museum.

We’ll check back into the Steigenberger Hotel Graf Zeppelin where the remainder of the afternoon is free. We will meet again in the evening for our transfer to the Stuttgarter Stäffele for our Farewell to Germany dinner. Try their delicious onion soup – it’s served in an onion! (B, L, D)

DAY 10 - Return to North America – or Continue Your Travels

  • Depart Stuttgart
  • Return home or onward travels

Enjoy another fabulous breakfast at the Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin. If you are departing for North America, you will be transferred to the Stuttgart Airport for your return flight.
